I used to work out 5 days a week, 3 days of vigorous cardio and 2 days of strength training. Now my workout schedule is much more relaxed. I try to exercise 4 days per week and maintain a balance of cardio and strength training. I also walk A LOT, all over Boston for errands and shopping.

My Favorite Workouts:
- Running
- Body Pump
- Spinning
- Yoga
- Kick Boxing
- Cheerleading (though I rarely find time to stunt and tumble)

Love your site and your mantra. Eating well, eating what I like and exercising are three of my favorite things. Like you I am trying to encourage people to live a healthy life by eating the foods they like and enjoying activities that make them happy. I’d love to have you check out some of my recent blog posts http://getfitinspiredtraining.com/blog/ AND join us for a complimentary ET FIT WITH FRIENDS CLASSES. Based on the type of exercises you enjoy I think you would really like the sport centric that uses a perfect combination of strength and interval training. Stay F.I.T., Emily
