Still refusing to go grocery shopping so I had to make instant oatmeal this morning. I added some Crofter’s Organic Superfruit Spread and a spoonful of Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter to create PB&J oats. Yummmmm!
Plus I enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee once I got to the office along with some cinnamon almonds.

So this post is going to be a big mix up of foods. From dinner Sunday night all the way until breakfast this morning.

I ordered Sweet Potato Tempura rolls and Kappa Maki rolls. Jared’s fishy fish rolls were squeezed in between my nice veggie rolls.
Mmm, plus edamame on [...]

Sunday Brunch at Masa was delicious. However my order was, ehhh “mas o menos.”
My family and Jared’s made plans to share a morning meal!
My parents and Jared’s parents were introduced for the first time. After meeting and greeting, we shared a basket of sweet corn bread. OMG, so very tasty!

1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of frozen berries
1 tablespoon of Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter
(Can you see almond milk leaking from my blender? Oops, forgot to tighten the plug. I’m sort of a disaster in the [...]

For a bedtime snack, I had some French bread and olive oil.
Here’s what my instant oatmeal actually looked like. Less delicious looking than Quaker’s photo; mine were too watery. I beefed it up by adding extra raisins.
I snacked on baby carrots dipped in Laughing Cow cheese.
For lunch I ate each Arnold Thin as an open [...]

I loved having lots of fresh fruit leftover from dessert yesterday. I added blueberries and strawberries to an otherwise boring bowl of cereal.
Plus ate more fruit when I got to work.
I made a salad with the only leftover piece of BBQ chicken from yesterday’s lunch. Plus I used greens, carrots, red peppers, grape tomatoes, and [...]

I mixed some frozen berries and granola into my vanilla yogurt. I think vanilla is my favorite flavor of regular yogurt. It may not really contain less sugar, but to me, it tastes less sugary. Just creamy and delicious!
Down to the wire… I made it over to the Museum of Science on the final day [...]

We were supposed to end the Vegetarian Challenge by cooking a tofu meal at home…
Instead we ended up having dinner at Picco with a group of friends. For the last meal of my Vegetarian Challenge, I had red wine and a few slices of the Neapolitan pizza.
My friends are awesome!
We stayed at Picco until they [...]

sprinkle of dark chocolate chips
I also completed by taste test of my last bag of Boston Common Coffee, Nicaragua Segovia. [...]
