Healthworks is hosting a
Les Mills New Release Party!
Healthworks is launching the newest versions of Body Jam and Body Pump on Friday night, July 16th.
Body Jam 53 will begin at 5:30 pm, followed by Body Pump 74 at 6:45 pm!
Members and nonmembers are invited to attend. There will be prizes from Red Bones and City Sports plus refreshments from the cafe. For more information and to sign up, click here.
