Gulp… :?

Along with marathon training, I also have to worry about…

  • working
  • attending a blues festival
  • 3 weddings
  • attending 2 blog conferences
  • running the Disney Wine and Dine Half Marathon

I’m sure I’ll have to change this plan a few times.  Depending on what life throws at me!  ;)

But I’m going to try to follow it as best as I can so I’ll be prepared to run my 1st marathon later this fall.

Wow this is a great training plan. You seem very prepared and even if you have to move some runs / rests around I’m sure you’ll be sticking to it as much as you can. Good Luck!

Aw, good luck! This looks like a good plan, and knowing in advance that making some changes to it may have to happen is important. I can’t wait to see how it works out for you, since I’m kicking the idea of my first full marathon around the office. :)

Looks like a great plan! I have to move some runs around because of weddings/travel/life as well.

What strength training are you doing for the 18 weeks?

Good luck ! I’m excited for you! I think that it’s great to have a plan to use a guideline, especially cuz you have a busy schedule!!!! Training plans should be somewhat flexible!
