I grabbed Breakfast on the Go yesterday morning. I enjoyed an Ice Chai Latte on the drive to work.

Plus Perfect Oatmeal. Though it was slightly less than perfect for me. Too dry! If I had checked while I was at Starbucks, I would’ve added a splash of milk. Unfortunately I didn’t add my toppings until I got in my car.

Breakfast of Champions!
Thanks to a sample Luna bar, I made it through job training and my workout with a full stomach.
I used the treadmill for 30 minutes. I ran 3 miles and then used the remaining time to walk and cool down. My legs felt great, but I can tell my mind was out of running mode: I was so distracted and kept fiddling with my i-pod and checking the clock. After cardio, I used the foam roller and stretched out. I sat in the sauna for 12 sweaty minutes.
I think I’ll use the sauna at the end of each and every work day.
Perfect way to relax and unwind.

I bought a veggie wrap from the HealthWorks Cafe and brought it home from lunch.

Jared ordered a small pizza from Bostone Pizza for dinner.
Small?!?! I think we have enough leftovers for 3 more meals!

Bostone pizza is all about the dough!
I’m more of a toppings kinda girl. I like thinner pizza (especially my favs from the Upper Crust or Picco), but Jared looooves Bostone so I let him order it. Cheese pizza topped with tomatoes, basil, and artichokes.

Look at how thick that slice of pizza is! I was stuffed after eating 2 slices.

A special gift for my mother!
Here’s a corgi photo to end the post. My parents love Mr. Miles. I’ve already told him that he’s going to see my parents this weekend and now he’s super excited.
Tomorrow Jared, Miles, and I are heading to Saratoga, NY because my brother is graduating from Skidmore College. Congratulations Matt!

I used to love sitting in the sauna after a workout. Unfortunately I haven’t belonged to a gym that has a sauna in quite some time. And I hate those days when my mind is out of running mode. I do the same thing as you and change songs frequently and look at the time non stop!

I can’t believe that is a small pizza – I can’t imagine what a large would look like!
Have fun in NY this weekend!

Looks like a good pizza. I love veggie toppings all over the pizza, but the dough is just as important.

I had Starbucks for breakfast today too! However, I wasn’t as healthy as you, I had a sausage sandwich, so good but oh so bad.
That pizza looks fantastic. I really need to start limiting my pizza intake – I like it way to much!

What a massive pizza. I would hate to see what a large one is!! I’m glad your training it going well.

Ooh I think we’re getting an upper crust here. Good to know it’s good!
It’s all about the toppings for me too.
