Homemade Sangria

My Outfit

Yesterday’s outfit was green to show my support for the Celtics.  Then when I got chilly I added my Red Sox hoodie.  The Bruins were the only team missing from my clothing.

All 3 Boston teams played yesterday, but unfortunately all 3 lost.

Lunch

I made a taco salad with Wednesday’s leftovers.  Still delicious!

Snack

For an afternoon snack, I mixed Barney Butter with vanilla Chobani.  And then added a 2nd tablespoon of BB because it was THAT good.

Corgi

Miles was waiting to go for a walk.  So we went to Back Bay to meet Jared when he took the T home from work.

Sangria

We went to our friend Matt’s house for homemade Sangria.

Sangria

Mmm, delicious!

But then someone (cough cough  Jared) commented that the wine to fruit ratio was a little off.

Sangria

And so started the genius plan to separate the wine from the fruit.

Which made a HUGE mess.

I just photographed.  And rolled my eyes.

Fete (Matt and Nat's cat)

Fete also watched the scene unfold.  And was also unamused.

Sangria

Look at all of that wasted Sangria!

Dinner

We ordered pizza for dinner.  It was lousy!  Very bland and one of the worst I’ve had in a while.  :(

Annoyed Corgi

After spilled Sangria and crappy pizza, I went home to a dog who was clearly thrilled to see me.  ;)

Always an enjoyable Friday night!

Your outfit is super cute!!! And I think it’s a good think you we’re rocking any Bruins stuff… but that might be because I’m from Pittsburgh :) Go Pens!

That sounds like a boy-experiment gone wrong… :) Hope the rest of the sangria was tasty ;) Too bad the pizza wasn’t good – it looks good in the photo at least.
