I had a bowl of Kashi cereal for breakfast.
It didn’t keep my full for very long. After an hour at work, I started munching on some Cinnamon flavored Food Should Taste Good tortilla chips.

Like mother, like daughter…
Body Pump starts in about 1 hour (Yay!) and I convinced my mom to continue using her HealthWorks pass and join me again this week. (Yay again!)

Body Pump with your mom….AWESOME! My Dad does it with me and it is so fun to spend time together working out! I love it!

Aw, cute pic with your mom! How do you like the cinnamon flavor? I think that and chocolate are the only ones I haven’t tried!
