I purchased this dress from Anthropologie to wear to Jenna’s wedding in July.
Even got the approval of the mother and father of the groom. Thanks for the compliments Kris and Bob!
As you can see in the photo, it’s a white dress with orange, yellow, and white flowers.
I know the wedding is still 4 months away. But it’s never too early to make some decisions about shoes and accessories. That’s where I need help! I was thinking of going with the 1950s vibe and wearing a big bead necklace and pumps.
Pumps…definitely wanna wear patent leather. But should I wear: closed toe or peep toe? Color: red, white, or nude? I’ve been browsing the Sofft website and there are 3 different designs that come in the colors I’d prefer. And all shoes appear to be comfortable enough to make it through the entire reception without needing to change into flip flops!
Heels #1: In red, white, or nude?!?!
Heels #2: In red or nude?!?!
Heels #3: In red or off-white?!?!
I already own a red patent leather clutch so I’ll probably carry that.
*Anyone willing to offer comments or suggestions on shoes and accessories? What would look best with that dress, Heels #1, #2, or #3?*
Since I all I’ve eaten today has been cereal and a mini-loaf of banana bread, clothes seem better to discuss.

i love that dress! you’ll look gorgeous! i say go for white/beige shoes. I like the top pumps or the bottom ones with the strap. I’ve heard such great things about sofft… comfort + style! xo

I like nude colored shoes with that dress I think…I like the close-toed best. I think red would work too but if you are carrying a red clutch, you don’t want the different reds to clash! I also think that since the dress is white, wearing white shoes might be a bit too much white….and again, unless the whites are exactly the same, the whites could “clash.” That’s my humble opinion:) PLUS, nude colored shoes are always a good choice because they lengthen the silhouette!

I like white for that dress- which by the way I love. I really need to find a rehearsal dinner dress maybe I should look at Anthropologie…hmm anyway, back to you haha
I like white, but I also love the third pair. I feel like white was not an option for those haha.

LOVE the dress! My vote is for #1 or #2 in nude. Red is going to be hard since the red in the dress looks very rust/orange. So I’d go with nude, or white if the nude looks a little…bland.

I’m a fan of #1 in white, but with the red bag #3 might be best! It’s an amazing dress, so you can’t go wrong!

That is a cute dress!!! I would say heels 1 or 2. #3 looks a bit too chunky to look right with that dress.

I would do shoe #1 in white. The other shoes don’t have the same style as the dress. Also, if your purse is red, you don’t want to be matchy matchy with your shoes. Cute dress!

That dress is beautiful! I would say shoes 2 are the best, I don’t like the ankle strap on no 3. But no 1 is gorgeous too! You will look fab!
