10 Minute Solution Giveaway

Boot Camp DVD

I’m excited to be able to give 3 Crunches for Cupcakes readers the chance to win a copy of 10 Minute Solution’s Ultimate Boot Camp DVD.

The DVD contains 5 different boot camp routines, each 10 minutes long.  You can mix and match to create a custom workout to fit into your schedule.  The routines include Fat Fighting Skills & Drills, Ultimate Upper Body Training, Ultimate Lower Body Training, Ultimate Total Body Training, and Six Pack Ab Attack.  (A set of dumbbells and a mat or towel are recommended, but not included)

I haven’t had a chance to try this DVD yet.  (Just brought it home from FitBloggin last night!)  But I’m really looking forward to using it one night this week.  Expect a review in the near future! :)

    My favorite fitness tip is to always change up your work outs to beat boredom and always challenge your muscles!

    Don’t expect to start out running 30 minutes, 5 times a week. Maybe start out doing a minute on, a minute off, then two minutes on and one minute off, and so on. A lot of people start out for 30 minutes, are shocked by how hard it is, and they never try again.

    My best fitness tip is to take the stairs! I add so much exercise to my week by taking the stairs every single day.

    Hey Melissa! Great giveaway! I think my favorite fitness tip is to fit exercise in whenever possible. I used to feel like unless I was at the gym for an hour, it didn’t count as exercise. Definitely not so! Every little bit counts!

    My fitness tip is to do whatever type of exercise you love! Spinning is my favorite workout at the gym and I always look forward to it because I know I’ll have a great workout.

    Make a plan! If I plan a time/place to exercise I’m much more likely to go and do it ;-)

    my fitness tip is to stay hydrated before, during, and after the workout. I don’t drink water during the workout though. I drink plenty of water throughout the day and an hour before the workout. After the workout, I hydrate myself!!!! usually through GM though :)

    STRETCH, STRETCH, STRETCH!! I feel it is really important to stretch your body following a workout, especially after a run. I know it really makes my body feel better.Also, don’t forget to hydrate!!Oops that was two tips.

    My tip would be to not over do it as everything in moderation is key. Listen to your body.

    I love squeezing in random fitness moves when I can. Lunges, push ups, and squats are all super easy to do in just about any situation – hall ways, under desks, at work…
    Love this giveaway :)

    My favorite tip would be using a sauna suit and your favorite dancing music! Also motivating yourself. When I feel like quitting I always say ” I can do it! “

    I’m brand new to the exercise thing, and most of my favorite tips have already been mentioned. One that hasn’t been listed yet is to find something you enjoy doing, otherwise you will dread exercising all together.

    My fitness tips would be to have my workout clothes put out so I have them ready.I also carry around a rubbermaid jug that holds 1G of h20 so I have my daily water and I can keep track.cc
