		<description>I have a similar trick to the other Kelly, only I throw mine in a skillet over medium for a few minutes until soft.  It works like a charm.  Maybe I&#039;m weird but I absolutely love tofu.  Although I don&#039;t like chicken.  So yes, I am weird.</description>
