I had leftover tofu mixed with red sauce so I brought it to work to make a wrap.

Yeah, I’m a wrap phenom. The thing broke apart, but I still made it work. I ate this with a fork instead of my fingers to cut down on the mess factor.
I realized that now I really do like tofu. I used to think I could tolerate it mixed with pasta. But eating forkfuls of tofu cubes made me realize that if prepared correctly, I really love the stuff! (I have to thank Nasoya for being my #1 tofu of choice)
At the gym, I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes at a 6% incline then stretched. I didn’t want to do too much because I’m going back to the gym tonight for a spin class.

Baby carrots.

Monster baggie filled with kettle corn.

I really like tofu, but mine never turns out quite as crispy as I want. Maybe I need to press it more.

I’m a tofu fan also – its great baked with some soy sauce and apricot preserves (sounds weird, but its awesome!).
Have you tried nuking your wraps with a moist (hate that word) paper towel over it for about 15-20 seconds? It usually helps them to be more wrapable.

Wraps ALWAYS fall apart on me too, what is up with this?! I just learned a few weeks ago about putting wraps in the microwave to make them a little softer- oops!

I have a love/hate relationship with wraps. Sometimes they break, sometimes they don’t.

Tofy is definitely an acquired taste! I love it now though! And my wraps have a tendency to break as well…I just get messy

I have a similar trick to the other Kelly, only I throw mine in a skillet over medium for a few minutes until soft. It works like a charm. Maybe I’m weird but I absolutely love tofu. Although I don’t like chicken. So yes, I am weird.
