I needed a Green Super Food protein bar to make it through my Friday afternoon at work.
I was rushed when I got home and didn’t get to my OnDemand yoga. But don’t worry, I will respond to comments and let you know what workouts I enjoy.

We had a group dinner at the Franklin in South Boston.

Mozzarella and bread sticks, warm, gooey, and delicious!

I decided to flex my eating Muscles. Ha ha ha.

Natalie, Jesse, and Carolyn with the remainder of the Mozz appetizer. (Carolyn…start your blog!)

Special: Kobe beef skirt steak with polenta. SO so so amazingly good. I ordered mine cooked medium well.

Happy early Birthday to Jared!

Having an after-dinner fete with Fete at Matt and Nat’s house.

We indulged in a little late night mandolin action and made waffle fries. Matt fried them in vegetable oil and they were fresh and tasty. I think I have a new kitchen tool to lust over.
Skidmore lost this afternoon’s hockey games to Williams College. But the fam is still in good spirits and everyone is rushing me out the door so we can go get dinner on Broadway, the main street in Saratoga Springs.

I have always wondered about the chocolate superfood bars since I have heard so many so-so reviews about the chocolate superfood itself. I think now I am just going to have to give both a try and decide for myself!

I love my mandoline – it is one of my top 10 kitchen gadgets!
It makes the best fries and slices vegetables so evenly…GET ONE!

I am embarrassed to say that I actually had never heard of a mandoline before. It looks super handy! I am definitely registering for one

I was so in love with the Greens plus bars till I discovered Quest Protein Bars.
The Quest bars have 15 grams of fiber and only 220 cals. They also have 20 grams of protein too!!
There is NO sugar, no sugar alcohols either. The taste is amazing and best of all no after taste like so many bars.
