“This one time I fit five dollars up my butt and, not to brag or nothing, but I bet I could fit way more up there. Way more! Easy!” -Chad Linus in 2gether
Anyone remember the movie 2gether that was on MTV back in the day?!?
U + Me = Us! I know my calculus!
Anyone?
Well, I could’ve made a buttload of waffles last night, but I limited myself to two.

Prepping the pumpkin waffle mix.

Poured the mix, closed the waffle maker, and then flipped it to the other side.

Umm, waffle fail! I forgot to put cooking spray on the waffle grill. So when I opened it, the waffle split in half and was stuck to each side.

I ended up scraping each 1/2 off and making little waffle sandwiches filled with cranberry apple butter. You’d never know it was waffle disaster when looking at this cute little guy.

The 2nd time was perfection. I rubbed each side of the griddle with vegetable oil before cooking which resulted in the perfect pumpkin waffle, to be saved for breakfast.
I also filed my taxes last night and can expect to receive my returns in 8-14 days.
So glad that’s taken care of so far ahead of time.

Good thing I planned ahead. This morning I enjoyed a WIAB.
WIAB = Waffle In A Bowl! Topped with “butter” and syrup because I didn’t have time to grab the berries and cool whip for a true Belgian waffle delight.

You know I remember that!! “you. plus sign. me. equal sign. US! The little one died. I think. In real life.
That is straight up food porn. I love when the butter and syrup gets all in the little squares of the waffle and makes it super soggy. Good move making the waffle fail into a win by making a sandwich. Kudos.

I love waffles and would eat them everyday if I had the time to make them. Oddly enough, I hate belgian waffles – I only like the thin ones!
Great….now all I want is a waffle!
