Yesterday I was a little bit sad to eat the last of my Food Should Taste Good yellow corn chips.

But happy to try a new sandwich for lunch: Homemade veggie cream cheese, green peppers, and lettuce on wheat bread. I really liked it!
Instead of taking a lunch break during the day, I worked straight through and left the office around 4:15. Skipped the gym today.

When I got home, I snacked on 1 Lindor truffle and a 100 calorie package of Sour Cream & Onion mini-crisps.

We dropped off 2 bags of laundry at the laundromat, which is conveniently located next to the South End Buttery. I ran in and grabbed two cupcakes: vanilla and carrot cake.

I had one of my favorite guilty pleasures for dinner tonight, instant mashed potatoes! I’m not a big fan of regular potatoes, but give me a packet of white powder and boiling water…Mmmm! I only ate 1/2 of my chicken and saved the rest. Plus a little salad with spinach and cucumbers to get in another serving of vegetables.

Jared and I split the vanilla cupcake for dessert. Not my favorite cupcake ever. The frosting was too soft and creamy. The cupcake was a little dry. But I love all cupcakes so I ate it happily.

I had bought a gallon of milk while out and about last night. So I couldn’t resist a bowl of cereal for breakfast this morning. Peanut Butter Puffins!
Today is the last day to leave a comment about Crofter’s Organic for two chances to win 4 jars of Superfruit Spread!

I like instant mashed potatoes better than the real deal. I’m all about the quick and easy.
Cupcakes are like sex…even if it’s bad, it’s still pretty good.

[...] I saved this afternoon delight for my post-gym snack. Yup, WAY more calories than I burned while pedaling, but I enjoyed it much more than the vanilla cupcake I ate last night. [...]
