I was in bed by 10:30 and slept passed out until 10:30 this morning. I still have a stuffy nose but the aches and pains are gone. Yessss!

With temperatures in the single digits here in Boston, a warm breakfast in order:
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of blueberry flax seed
- 1 cup of frozen blackberries
- 1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter

Stirred together and thoroughly enjoyed. You guys know I love the PB&J combo and that’s what this reminded me of, blackberries and creamy peanut butter.
With January almost over, I decided to check myself and see how I’m doing with my New Year’s Resolutions.
- I signed up to run my 2nd Half Marathon on May 2nd.
- FitBloggin is getting closer.
- I’ve been to 2 spin classes and 3 Body Pump classes this month.
- I was doing well reading Eat Pray Love until she left Italy. Now I’m not a huge fan of the book. I need to start reading something else.
- Miles is a crazy dog, but I’m trying to teach him some manners!
- Jared added some shading to my blog. Makes it look a bit nicer.
Wow, Month #1 of 2010 was a success!
*Are you sticking with your New Year’s Resolutions?*

I TOTALLY know what you mean about Eat, Pray, Love- Italy was by far the best part. I did finish the book but it was not as good as the Italy part

Feel better soon. I know the cold weather doesn’t help any. The oatmeal looks good and does remind me of PB&J.
