Packing Up and Moving On

DSC05187

I started my day with a sesame bagel w/ veggie cream cheese and an ice coffee.

Maybe I wanted a cold drink to match the cold weather outside?  I love how our Christmas tree looks, snow covered and sitting on the deck.  I didn’t think we’d be enjoying it this long after the holidays.

Miles sniffed around in the snow.

And ended up with a snow beard!

I spent the morning/afternoon cleaning, unpacking, and packing.  Does anyone else feel like they clean the same things over and over again?  I’m constantly vacuuming, folding, Windex-ing, etc.

I worked up an appetite for my leftover piece of quesadilla and some Food Should Taste Good yellow corn chips.

Here’s Christmas, all packed up and ready to be sent back to my parents’ house to be stored until next year.  The 2009 Holiday Season is over and I’m ready to move on and go back to work.  I feel like I’ve been on vacation forever!

Not gonna lie:  I’m really psyched to get to work tomorrow and set up my 2010 calendars.  Dorky?!?!

(Extra blogger points if you noticed Miles in the background of 2 photos.  I love my dog!)

I love starting new calendars, but I’d rather do it at home- not ready to go back to work at all!

    Miles is so adorable!

Totally envious of how eager you are to go back to work. I wish I had that motivation!!

Also, just checked out the Pb loco site…Bryan is already drooling over the flavors! We will definitely have to purchase some.

I’m not looking forward to creating 2010 calendars at all. I like to read blogs at work ;)

Good job packing all your stuff away. You’re definitely ready for the New Year now! Have a great week!

I laughed at how you have packed up your decorations to bring back to your parents’ house….My parents are as excited as we are for us to buy a house….we store so much at their house because our apartment is too small for all of our things. I think they want their storage space back!

    Enjoy making calendars today!

Miles is such a cutie :) Post all the pictures you want!

I totally felt the same way this morning. I realized I have a job for a reason – to keep me from being a 300 pound couch sitter who does nothing but bake banana bread and watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer on TV. Yeah motivation!!

Also, I am a giant nerd and really excited for new calendars/planners too. So funnnn!
