
I was ready for lunch by noon. I tried a sample of Yogi walnut spice crunch cereal I had gotten from HealthWorks a few months ago.

I blended the cereal into a container of strawberry Chobani. Mmm! I don’t know why I’d been saving this sample for over a month. This cereal is a little high in calories, but so tasty.
I brought a book to the gym and read for 25 minutes while I pedaled on the recumbent bike. I used the foam roller and then sat in the sauna for 15 minutes.
I was soooo hungry after the gym so I bought a salad from HealthWorks and ate it while doing some file cleaning with my fellow employees.

When I got home from work, I made a turkey sandwich. Lunch meat goes bad so quickly. Our bag will be bad by Sunday so that means 1 or 2 more sandwiches. I made my sandwich on a wheat Arnold Thin and added American cheese, lettuce, and a pickle. I ate baby carrots and yellow corn Food Should Taste Good chips on the side.

haha i didnt even know turkey goes bad quickly because i eat it so often!
