A Blog Dedicated to Living a Healthy Lifestyle

House of Siam

Despite Miles’ reluctance, we had Drew and his dog Hoagie over for dinner.

Miles and Hoagie aren’t exactly B-F-F.  We tried to get them together, but Miles is a bit of a bully.

Mr. Hoagie!  He was scared of Miles and didn’t want to  pose for a picture.  (Sorry for all of the dog photos.  But since this blog is about healthy living, I couldn’t resist sharing this part of my life.)

We ordered Thai food from the House of Siam.  It’s almost directly across the street from our apartment so it’s really convenient.

I kept it simple and ordered Chicken Pad Thai.  The guys ordered more complicated dishes, but I didn’t try any.  I heard one was kinda spicy; not my thing!  I have lots of leftover Pad Thai to eat later.

Tomorrow I’m planning to revamp the Training section of my blog.  Instead of posting the workouts I plan to do, I’m going to post what I actually did.  I’m terrible at sticking to a schedule.  I’m also going to post the proposed 12 week Half Marathon Training Program I’ll be following starting on February 8th.

Pad Thai is always a good choice. The dogs are too funny. Reminds me of my dog and cat. Someone always has to be in power and they can never just be friends.

Yay for the half marathon plan! I’ve been researching them as well. Can’t wait to see which one you went with.
Miles is very high maintenance. Such a diva! I love it.

Never apologize for pictures of Miles. He’s adorable! I wonder if he’d get along better with Mr. Hoagie, if the dogs were not on Miles’ territory.

Too bad Hoagie and Miles couldn’t play nice. They are both very cute dogs.

Delicious dinner – hope you had fun with your friends!

LOVE House of Siam! Their Fried Green Tea Ice Cream is probably the best in the city. – Alison
