I had a great workout at the gym this afternoon. I hopped on the elliptical and selected the weight loss program. While I read a magazine and pedaled for 30 minutes, the incline raised and lowered. It was a challenge! I’ve been feeling a little sore, either from skating or yoga, so I took some time to stretch my legs. I was almost out of time, but I managed to sit in the sauna for 5 minutes before I got ready and went back to the office.

I wasn’t really feeling this Green Super Food bar today. I’ve had this flavor before and enjoyed it. But it still has a weird all-natural taste and today I just wasn’t in the mood. Oh well, I ate it and took advantage of its health benefits.

I was on my own for dinner tonight so I decided to make eggs.

Scrambled with a splash of milk.

I made 2 egg sandwiches with American cheese. Plus some Vitamin C on the side. Egg-cellent meal!
I was afraid that 2 sandwiches was overdoing it. But this portion worked out perfectly. I must’ve been hungry!

I got struck by a snack attack just as the Biggest Loser started. I snacked on blue corn chips and leftover dip. After snacking, during the commercial breaks, I’ve been grabbing my free weights and doing upper body exercises. It’s my weekly habit to do a little workout while watching others work hard.

I love eggs for dinner. I am a master omelet maker!
Good for you for making use of your weights during commercial breaks. Jillian must have been getting to you through the television screen!

That’s smart to lift some weights while watching BL. I often end up eating dinner during the show, but even if it’s healthy I always feel a little funny
I’d love to meet up for a gym class! I go to the Chestnut Hill branch – but since I have a funny work schedule I can meet in late morning/early afternoon.

I usually eat my dessert during the biggest loser….not the most appropriate thing I guess!

That’s a good idea to work out during commercials! I’m going to have to start that.

I love egg sandwiches!
We usually DVR Biggest Loser so I can’t workout during the commercials…but what a great idea.
