After all of my hard work in the kitchen yesterday, I thought I deserved a sweet treat. I had a bowl of vanilla ice cream with a scoop of peanut butter. As soon as I took this photo, I gave 2 large spoonfuls of ice cream to Jared. The poor guy just doesn’t understand girl-sized portions!

I needed a quick and easy breakfast because in my usual morning fashion, I was running late. Kept it simple with some Chobani and granola.

I thought my office smelled like an aquarium so I tried a cup of tea and hoped that the fruit smell would take care of the fish tank stink. No success, but at least the cup of tea was tasty!

I had leftover Pad Thai for lunch. Mmm! 4 days old and it still tasted great!
I’m not sure what I feel like doing at the gym. I’ve been eyeing the HealthWorks schedule and looking at my upcoming Half Marathon training plan to see what would be best for today.

I love Pad Thai, but love it even more when it’s leftover!

Ah leftovers are best! I seriously think ALL foods taste better as leftover.

Leftovers are the best, especially of the Thai variety. I had Pad Thai on Friday and am regretting throwing them away. Shame on me.
