I woke up with a headache.
That’s all I have to say.
But let me backtrack and fill you in on my eats starting Saturday afternoon…

Finding summer clothes for Cancun turned into a bigger project when I emptied every drawer in my bedroom and put the contents on my bed. I really really need to sort through this and donate most of the clothes.

True Life: I’m an Overpacker!

I found some leftover chicken soup in my parents’ fridge so I had a bowl and a biscuit.
My mom and I went to Wrentham Village and had a lot of fun browsing in the outlet stores. I ate a 2nd container of her favorite Toasted Coconut yogurt.

When I got back to Boston, we made plans to get dinner at Mela with Jesse, Matt, and Natalie.
There was an hour wait so we went across the street to Stephie’s for a few drinks. The hour wait ended up stretching into 2 1/2 hours.
HUGE apologies to Patricia for not making it to her fundraiser. I had every intention of going but did not expect dinner to become such a process. I’m going to donate online
and attend an early morning Body Pump class this week.

Killing more time before dinner, we ordered drinks at Mela’s bar. Mela ran out of martini glasses so my Bellinitini was disguised by the margarita glass.

Vegetable and Meat Samosas.

Tandoori Chicken.

Lamb Vindaloo.
My first Indian experience was awesome. I loved the Tandoori Chicken and the meat Samosa that I ate. Jared’s Lamb Vindaloo was too spicy for me. But my meal was perfect. I can’t wait to go back again when it’s less crowded.

We went to the Boston Beer Garden in Southie to end the evening. Overall, it was a great night with friends. We decided to plan a camping trip in Wyoming, helped Matt and Nat choose a name for their future dog, and apparently invited people over to watch football today…
That means I need to get away from the computer and get the house cleaned. Jared just brought a huge bag of laundry home and it’s sitting in the middle of the living room.

sounds like a fun little night! I love making crazy plans for the future while drunk. I often wake up the next morning wishing I hadn’t, but it’s still fun!

I’m such an overpacker too. I like to have options so I feel the need to pack my entire closet…lol

I can’t take credit for the 10 minute workout because I found it online but I hope it works for your boss!!!
Looks like a fun night- I have been craving Samosas since I had them on the cruise… aka like 7 months ago so I am super jealous. They look yummm!
ps. I am only recently becoming less of an overpacker. I try (tryyyy) to plan out my outfits ahead of time and bring one or two extra so I know exactly what I’ll be wearing.

I have never had Indian food – I am so afraid it will be too spicy!
Love Wrentham outlets – and I could be on your overpacking show – I pack WAY TOO MUCH!
