This was what my pasta salad looked like when I prepared it while I was making dinner last night.

This was what it looked like when I ate lunch this afternoon. All blended together and not as pretty.
Plus the colorful vegetables were covered by pieces of chicken. This salad contained rotini, chicken, cucumbers, green peppers, grape tomatoes, feta cheese, and garlic vinaigrette dressing. It was quite good!

The front desk called because a package was delivered for me. Yay, I can finally try Core Fusion since everyone’s been blogging about it. I got a 3DVD set that contains thighs & glutes, body sculpt, and pilates plus. I also got a book about Munich and Bavaria to start some vacation planning.
And I mean REALLY start planning. I went to the gym and read the book while I pedaled on the recumbent bike for 30 minutes. I sat in the sauna for 10 minutes and then it was time to get ready to head back to work. I’m already overwhelmed with thoughts of weisswurst and biergartens, and my list of must-sees is growing.
At least my potential vacation isn’t until September. Always gotta be well prepared!

I saved this afternoon delight for my post-gym snack. Yup, WAY more calories than I burned while pedaling, but I enjoyed it much more than the vanilla cupcake I ate last night.

The carrot cake cupcake was really moist. I didn’t mind the creamy frosting because it had a cream cheese flavor. Amazingly delicious!

Let me know how the core fusion is – I’m on the lookout for some new workout DVDs.
I love carrot cake and cream cheese frosting – what a great combo!
