Fun Holiday Movie Quote: “At one time most of my friends could hear the bell, but as years passed it fell silent for all of them. Even Sarah found one Christmas that she could no longer hear its sweet sound. Though I’ve grown old the bell still rings for me, as it does for all who truly believe.” -The Polar Express
That is one of my favorite quotes and gives me the chills every time I hear the line.

I ate my leftovers from CPK for lunch. There was a lot of oil in the bottom of the to-go container. Kinda gross.

To counter the oil, I had 2 more leftovers from Tuesday’s Sweet Swap.
I went to the gym, but only after I was completely digested. It was time for a more intense interval run.
- Minutes 0-2: Walked at 4 mph
- 2-4: Ran at 7 mph
- 4-5: Walked at 4 mph
- 5-7: Ran at 7.2 mph
- 7-8: Ran at 6.8 mph
- 8-10: Ran at 7.5 mph
- 10-12: Walked at 4 mph
- 12-14: Ran at 7 mph
- 14-15: Walked at 4 mph
- 15-17: Ran at 7.2 mph
- 17-18: Walked at 4 mph
- 18-20: Ran at 8 mph
- 20-25: Walked at 4 mph
The extra running interval and increased speeds did the trick. I was beat by the end of this workout. I’ll need to repeat this (or something similar) a few times before I can go up another level. It felt great to stretch, use the foam roller, and sit in the sauna before I had to hurry to shower and get back to work.

Running made me hungry so I ate my last Clementine.

The Clementine didn’t keep me full for very long so I reached for one more dessert.

I got a special delivery!

Flowers to help me feel warm on this chilly day! I didn’t shut off my space heater, but the flowers did make me smile!
My brother is in Boston tonight so I’m hoping to meet up with him later this evening. I might end up at a bar near the Garden to celebrate a few birthdays.

Beautiful flowers!
I’ve never seen Polar Express. I’m going to watch Gremlins tonight. That counts as a holiday movie in my book because it takes place during Christmas
Great run. Intervals are killer. I love them.
