Fun Holiday Movie Quote:
“Santa! Oh my God! Santa’s Coming! I know him!!! I know him!” -Elf
Only 9 more days until Christmas. Therefore only 9 more days to watch my favorite Christmas movies which include, but are not limited to: Elf, The Grinch, The Polar Express, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, The Year Without A Santa Claus, A Christmas Story, and National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. Gotta find some time to see as many as I can!

I added granola and regular peanut butter to my vanilla yogurt to liven things up a bit. I really need to buy some full sized jars of anything and everything from P.B. Loco. After trying 2 samples, I’m hooked.

I packed this salad yesterday, but didn’t eat it because lunch was provided at our party. It was an excellent lunch today! It included spinach, ground turkey, cheddar cheese, corn, green peppers, and baby carrots. I was heavy handed with the salad dressing so when I repeat this meal on Friday, I’ll try to watch out for that.
I’m spending one more hour at my desk and then it’s time to hit the gym for those treadmill intervals I’ve been thinking about since last night!
And a fun holiday FYI: I’ve decided to start each post from now until Christmas with a quote from a holiday movie. The Movie of the Day is obviously Elf. I hope you enjoy the quotes as Christmas gets closer and closer. (And for those still celebrating Hanukkah, hope you are having a wonderful time!)

Yummy salad. Have a great workout!
My fave line from a Christmas movie is: “Grace?! She died thirty years ago!”

Awww love the Christmas movie quotes! I gotta think of my favorite!
Good luck with your treadmill intervals – what’s your favorite work out song lately? I am trying to post more workout songs on my blog so I can share with my blog roll (which is super long because I love reading blogs) – any recommendations would be AWESOME!
Best,
Katie

Haha, we went to a Sherlock Holmes pub in London when I was younger too! Wonder if it was the same one haha!
As for the wonton raviolis, I baked them this time and boiled them last time…..but baked them one other time too:) I like them both ways….if you boil them, they tend to float on top of the water so you have to make sure they cook all the way through and make sure they’re completely sealed closed….baked you dont have to worry about sealing as much and they have a nice crispy brown outside:)
