When Heather reminded everyone that it was Taco Tuesday, I knew exactly what I was making for dinner. Too bad I had to get through the rest of my workday before I could enjoy my meal.
I wasn’t really feeling the gym today so I headed to the Chestnut Hill Mall for a bit more Christmas shopping and some coupon killing.

Fun holiday decor!

I snacked on an Amazing Grass chocolate peanut butter protein bar. I didn’t think it tasted like chocolate or peanut butter. It had a strange sweetness to it, but I liked it never-the-less.

I made tacos using ground turkey. I had 3 hard-shell tacos filled with turkey, cheese, cucumbers, and spinach.

I was still hungry so I crumbled a 4th taco shell and made a taco salad with the same ingredients as before, plus salsa and a tiny bit of Ranch dressing. So good! Now I’m very full and very happy.
Time to relax and enjoy the finale of the Biggest Loser, which will be easy to do cuz the heat is still working!

Hooray for Taco Tuesday!
Your tacos look delicious. Shopping is fun – how is your holiday shopping going? So far I have bought more for myself then for other people.
Yea for heat! So nice on this freezing cold night!

The tacos look good. I almost did tacos since my hubby mentioned fish tacos on Monday night, but we had some eggs to get to instead. He also had a breakfast burrito, so that would be too much of the same thing, but I should have tried egg tacos!!!

Pretty holiday decorations.
Your dinner looks great. I like using Greek yogurt in my tacos and whole wheat tortillas for the shells. I haven’t made vegetarian tacos since I’ve gone veggie. I need to get on that!
