Today’s work outfit: I own so many scarves. I love every pattern and color combo. I have a white winter jacket and I’m always afraid my makeup will rub off on the color. So I just add a dark colored scarf and pull it up on the sides of my face. Staining prevented!
I sat in the sauna for 5 minutes so I could stretch before my cardio session. I decided to run for 30 minutes on the treadmill. I don’t think my lunch was completely digested. Within 10 minutes, I had a cramp and I felt a little nauseous. I walked for 5 minutes and then attempted to run for another 5. I still felt gross so I just walked for the last 10 minutes. At least I kept moving for 30 minutes! I used the foam roller before I ended my workout.

I snacked on a Banana Nut Cliff Bar. This was SO good. My mom bakes banana bread all the time. While I was eating this, I really could almost imagine that I was eating something she made.

I won a case of Chobani Greek yogurt from their Spoons contest that was on Twitter. I chose a case of Vanilla because it would be the most versatile.

Ever wonder how they keep yogurt cool during shipping? Cardboard box then Styrofoam box then bubble wrap and packing peanuts plus ice packs then the cardboard case full of Chobani goodness. I’m sure this isn’t how most of their products are shipped, but it was interesting to see how it got delivered to me.

I made frozen bag of Trader Joe’s gnocchi for dinner.

I added 2 turkey meatballs so I could get some protein. Mmm, this was delicious! Trader Joe’s has such tasty products, and I always like the prices too!

I made sweet potato chips for a snack. Unfortunately, I baked them in a pan that was much too small and most of them were not chip-like. But with a little bit of ketchup, they still tasted delicious!
My hips/butt/lower back muscles are bothering me a little so I’ve been using my foam roller on and off all evening. Hopefully once I do enough stretching, I’ll feel better.

I love scarves. Target has some great ones this season!
I hope the foam roller helped with the soreness and you’re feeling better

I wondered how they shipped things like that!
I like when my sweet potato chips are soft, but then, I suppose I am after more of a fry taste than a chip taste…

Nothing wrong with sweet potato chips!! I love them, even if that’s NOT what they were meant to be, haha.
Haven’t had gnocchi in such a long time. The TJ’s gnocchi looks amazing!

I got a free case of Chobani yesterday, too! I was so excited. I got the pineapple flavor. They are so generous giving that much of it away for FREE! I love it!
