(sung to the tune of “It’s Business Time” from Flight of the Conchords)

Usually Jared is the one who sings “It’s Waffle Time,” but today it was my turn. I made 2 whole grain waffles and topped them with peanut butter, cranberry apple butter, and slices of a fresh banana. It was yummy and very filling.

I didn’t need a snack until 11 am. I had another Gala apple.

We desperately need to go grocery shopping so I had to buy my lunch from HealthWorks’ Oasis Cafe. I purchased a tomato mozzarella wrap and a bag of Original flavored Sunchips. I haven’t had Sunchips in a while. Oh how I missed them!

My wrap was delicious but I did pick most of the sun dried tomato. I would’ve preferred fresh tomato slices. If I ever order this wrap again, I’ll make sure to ask. The fresh mozzarella was really good, and so was the pesto spread.

You know I love those Conchords!!
The wrap looks amazing. They need to open a Healthworks in my neck of the woods.

I miss Healthworks! I worked at the front desk during grad school and I loved getting things at the cafe. (the free membership wasn’t too bad either!)

I need to make waffles again – I haven’t had them in so long. Tomato/mozzarella is one of my favorite combos – your wrap looks great!
