I used my lunch break to run an errand and then I went to the gym to hang out in the sauna. 15 minutes of total relaxation. I lied on the upper bench and closed my eyes. I was a little bit more successful at quieting the noise in my head, and my stomach started to feel better too. It was annoying when another woman in the sauna not only kept jingling her locker key, but also tried to start a conversation with me about how nice the sauna was! Eyes closed, flat on my back….do I look like I wanna chat? Apparently! I just laughed and closed my eyes again. That seemed to politely tell her to keep quiet.
I snacked on a small container of Pineapple Cottage Cheese when I got back to my office.
Dinner just consisted of leftovers. (Turkey stuffing and Nasoya noodles)
Lots of leftovers! (Buffalo chicken wings with Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce)
Flowers will make a “mehhh” day better!

I decided to have Newman’s Own Organics Mocha Milk Chocolate for some sweetness to close out my evening eats.
Even though the serving size is one bar, I only ate 3 squares. This chocolate tasted rich and delicious.
I am planning on going to sleep early tonight, hopefully by 10:30. But right now Glee is on! I love the musical Wicked so I can’t wait to hear Kurt and Rachel have a sing-off for the lead in “Defying Gravity.”

Those are my favorite flowers too! If I get married, I want to carry a simple bouquet of white lilies.
At least the woman didn’t sit directly next to you and chat you up. I get skeeved out when people do that. The worst is when you’re the only person in an empty T car and someone gets on and sits right next to you and chats you up. Sketchy! Glad you got to relax in the sauna
