Fo Fawkes

Happy Guy Fawkes Day to those in England!  (I know G. Fawkes best as the mask from V for Vendetta and as the mascot for the anti-Scientology group that always prostests on Beacon Street)

Maybe I’ll hold a fake celebration in my backyard and light a fire in my fire pit!

The star of this morning’s breakfast was  Pumpkin Butter I got from Trader Joe’s last night.  The label featured several recommendations including mixing it with cream cheese.  I decided to give that a try!

002

This Pumpkin Butter has the absolute ideal pumpkin flavor.  I loved blending it with the smooth cream cheese.  SO delicious!

I had to go to campus for a meeting.  It was a gray and chilly morning at Boston College.

Autumn leaves and a nice view of the Heights.

005I made a yogurt/almond butter blend for part of my lunch.  Justin’s Natural Maple Almond Butter was perfect to add to a container of Vanilla Oikos.  In honor of Peanutbutter Fingers, I took a taste of this AB before mixing.  Amazing!  And was a great compliment to the tangy vanilla Oikos flavoring.  2 for 2 in meals today!  (So so so glad I got to sample this AB.  Where is it sold???)

Intense photography concentration.  I need to iron a bunch of pairs of work pants so I’ve been wearing a lot of skirts and dresses in the meantime.  Colorful sweaters help to lighten the mood on dreary days!

I’m feeling overwhelmed with blog/Examiner.com work that I want to do.  Hopefully I’ll have some extra time tonight after cleaning the apartment (it gets so messy so fast), making dinner, and watching the Office.  Uh oh, I should take my lunch break now so I can hit the gym!

I love Justins almond butter! Ive seen it at Whole Foods, and some local stores carry it in here. Unfortunately, in Oklahoma, we dont have a whole foods and the only place it is sold is rediculously expensive, so I order it at justinsnutbutter.com! def worth it!

I would love to try the pumpkin butter, but I am curious if it has alot of sugar in it??? The almond butter looks yummy too, I think I might have to visit whole foods this weekend.
