Admitting is the first step to recovery. But do I really wanna get better? Haha.
I swear these spa treatments that I’ve been blogging about a rare treat! Jared bought the 4-pack of treatments at a mega discounted price. Once these run out, I’m back to at-home facials and minimal pampering.

I finally tried the Pineapple Coconut yogurt that my mom has been raving about. SO good! It tasted just like a Piña Colada. I think this yogurt would be great in a tropical flavored smoothie.

My parents, brother Matt, Jared, and I went to Piattini for dinner. I ordered the Penne Con Zucca: penne, squash, Gorgonzola cheese, and this apple/vinegar sauce. It was great!

My mom ordered a small plate of lobster ravioli.

Matt had spinach fettuccine. Everyone really enjoyed his or her meal!

Group photo!

We ordered a bottle of Malbec for the table. My mom actually drank 2 small glasses; she’s normally anti-alcohol. I must’ve picked a tasty bottle that she couldn’t pass it up.
Thanks for dinner, Mom and Dad!!!

Jared and I braved the rain and went to Picco for dessert. I had a glass of Pinot Noir.

We shared an ice cream sampler with pumpkin, caramel, and dark chocolate cups of ice cream. Caramel was the winner, hands-down. I normally love pumpkin ice cream, but I was a little disappointed with Picco’s. It didn’t taste sweet enough.

My parents had brought my mail and an extra surprise. My Auntie Carol bought a bottle of Cupcake wine for me! I’ll take lots of close up pictures of the label just before we drink it.

Tasty and easy breakfast of apple banana bread and peach Chobani. Jared and I are going to the Nashoba Valley Winery for the Bluegrass and Blues Festival.
Are any Boston-area bloggers going to the Boston Vegetarian Food Festival next weekend?

Yum!! That looks so good. And being spoiled every once in a while is perfectly acceptable
I was thinking of checking out the Festival on Sunday! When were you planning on checking it out?

I went to the veg festival last year – so many free samples, but so so crowded.
I remember last time we hung out you were thinking about doing the nutritional certification program by the AFPA. Here’s a short write-up of my experience with part 1:

Thought you might find it helpful!
