I didn’t go to the Aiming Low event. I walked by the ballroom where the event but was being held, but it didn’t look like my scene since I was in jeans and Ugg boots. Oh well, next time.
Here’s my afternoon/evening in a nutshell!

Barlean’s sent some samples to me. I’m excited to get Omega benefits without having to consume any fish oil!

I snacked on a Fudgy Peanut Butter Chip VitaMuffin. Besides burning my mouth because I heated it for too long, this was soooo tasty! It seems like a sinful indulgence, but it’s only 100 calories. It actually filled me up for a trip to the grocery store.

We bought groceries. My highlights were 2 cans of pumpkin and Truvia packets. Hopefully I’ll like this healthier sweetening option.

I wasn’t very hungry when we got back from Shaws but I felt like I needed to eat something. I made a salad with lettuce, carrots, cheddar cheese, a few artichokes, and Ranch dressing.

Then I snacked on some tortilla chips and fresh salsa. I think I might use the rest of the salsa as salad topping.

arent those vita tops ggreat? I like them heated up with some PB on top!

I keep seeing those vita muffins around and I get so jealous. We don’t have those around here because if we did I would definitely buy them!
